INSTRODUCTION

What are the product’s features?

This is an open-design smart cat litter box that allows cats to enjoy a freer and more comfortable toilet experience. It adopts a unique dual-rake design for more thorough cleaning, with zero risk of pinching cats. The low, wide entrance makes it easy for elderly, weak, sick, disabled, overweight, or short-legged cats to enter. In addition, the built-in deodorization function completely solves the problem of unpleasant odors for cat owners.

How is my cat’s safety ensured?

Zero risk of pinching cats:

  1. The open design allows cats to enter and exit freely, eliminating the risk of pinching at the source.
  2. Weight-sensing intelligent safety protection: Constantly monitors environmental changes to protect your cat at all times.
Which cats is it suitable for?
  1. The low, wide entrance is friendly for elderly cats, overweight cats, short-legged cats, and cats with limited mobility. No step is needed for easy access.
  2. For cats under 6 months old, weighing less than 1.5 kg, or with limited mobility, please set the device to manual mode.
Is it compatible with all types of cat litter?

We recommend mineral litter or bentonite. Tofu litter, long strip-shaped litter, and large-particle litter are not recommended.

How does the deodorization work?
  1. Physical odor blocking: A cleverly designed compartment door automatically opens and closes to prevent odors from escaping.
  2. Decomposition deodorization: The deodorizing block helps break down ammonia in odors, achieving thorough deodorization.
Do I need to buy special trash bags?

You can use any soft trash bag of suitable size, no smaller than 580 mm (W) × 350 mm (H), or our custom-made trash bags.

Is it noisy during cleaning?

The device operates at about 45 dB when empty. When loaded, there is motor noise, but it lasts only a short time and will not affect your cat’s hearing.

Will litter scatter outside?

Cats may carry a small amount of litter on their paws after use. We recommend:

  1. Using a custom anti-scatter cover.
  2. Placing a litter mat at the entrance (please do not place the machine directly on the mat).
Can one account only connect to one litter box?

No. One account can bind multiple devices.

How can I get health information about my cat?

The app records usage data such as frequency and duration of toilet visits, helping you monitor your cat’s health condition.

What are the dimensions of the unit, litter tray, and waste bin?

Litter box unit: 700 × 482 × 194 mm; Litter tray: 430 × 370 × 110 mm; Waste bin: 360 × 190 × 90 mm,4.5L

HOW TO USE

What if my cat doesn’t want to use it at first?

When switching from a manual litter box to a smart litter box, your cat may be confused by the rotating drum. In the app, you can first turn off the auto-cleaning function to simulate a manual litter box. When cleaning, press the [Clean] button on the device. After your cat adapts, you can enable auto-cleaning again.

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

In the app, tap Bind Device. When the machine is in standby mode (stationary with the status light solid blue), press and hold the network button for 3 seconds. The status light will flash blue continuously, meaning the device has entered pairing mode. Then follow the app instructions.

Why can’t I pair the device right after powering on?

After powering on, the device resets first (status light flashes green).
Once reset is complete, the status light will turn solid blue.
At this point, you can proceed with Wi-Fi pairing.

What if pairing fails?
  1. Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz and the password is correct.
  2. Ensure both your phone and router networks are working properly.
  3. Keep the device, phone, and router close together.
  4. Make sure the device is in pairing mode.
  5. Ensure this is a region-supported smart litter box model.
  6. Ensure the device is not cleaning, leveling, replacing litter, or updating firmware.
How do I add cat litter?
  1. Make sure the machine is in standby mode (initial position).
  2. Pour cat litter into the litter tray, not exceeding the MAX line.
  3. Use a scoop to level the litter if needed.
  4. After adding litter, the weight sensor will trigger a green light. Press the [Flatten] button, and after leveling is done, the device will return to standby.
How do I clean after my cat uses it?
  1. Manual: Start or pause cleaning by pressing either the litter box button or the APP button;Tap the [Clean] button in the APP.
  2. Automatic: After your cat leaves, the machine will auto-clean based on the delay time you set in the app.
  3. Do Not Disturb mode: Cleaning will not be triggered during set DND times.
Will my cat get stuck if it enters during cleaning/flattening?

No. If a cat enters, the red light flashes and the app sends a warning. The weight sensor detects the cat’s presence and cleaning pauses. It will resume once the cat leaves.

How often should I empty the waste bin?

For single-cat households: at least once every 3 days; in hot weather, daily is recommended.
For multiple cats households: empty daily.

How do I replace the trash bag?
  1. Open the waste bin cover.
  2. Remove the trash bag, then the waste bin.
  3. Insert a new trash bag.
  4. Put the waste bin back and close the cover.
How do I replace cat litter?

Please follow the steps below to replace the cat litter:

  1. Remove the litter rake.
  2. Take out the litter tray.
  3. Dump out old litter.
  4. Clean and dry the tray, place it back, and pour in new litter.
  5. Press the [Flatten] button.

Note: Do not exceed the MAX line.

How often should I change cat litter?

Based on the scale lines inside the litter bin, it is recommended to replace the litter every 2–3 weeks for a single cat. You can also set up a usage-count reminder in the APP.

How do I clean the litter box?
  1. Remove the litter rake, litter tray, and waste bin.
  2. These parts can be rinsed with water, then wiped and air-dried completely.
  3. Wipe the base with a damp cloth only — do not wash directly with water.
Why can’t I remove the litter rake?

The rake can only be removed when the machine is in standby (initial position). Do not force or bend it.

What is the child lock for?

Child lock prevents misoperation by children or pets. Press and hold the [Level] button; green light will flash twice to indicate child lock on/off. You can also control this in the app.

What is Do Not Disturb mode?

When enabled, the device will not perform auto or scheduled cleaning but manual cleaning is still available. Toilet-use notifications will still be sent.

How do I restore factory settings?

Press and hold both the [Clean] and [Flatten] buttons for 5 seconds. Both indicator lights will flash 5 times, then the machine resets.

What if I don’t receive the verification code?
  1. Check country code, phone number, or email for errors.
  2. Check if your network is delayed.
Why don’t I get a toilet-use notification?

Only when usage lasts longer than 25 seconds will a notification be pushed — to avoid false triggers when cats enter just to play.

How to prevent clumps from sticking to the bottom?
  1. Use better clumping, absorbent litter.
  2. Set a longer clumping delay time in the app.
  3. Check the tray bottom for damage.
  4. For multi-cat households, consider adding another litter box.

Note: For soft or runny stool, adjust diet or feeding. If persistent, consult a vet.

How to reduce odor?

Use deodorizing blocks, replace litter regularly, and keep the room ventilated.

What is the weighing accuracy?

±200 g. Toilet-use data within this range will be assigned to the recorded cat.

PROBLEM

Litter rake jammed

During operation, the litter rake may move back and forth several times — this is normal. If a jam occurs during cleaning or leveling, the system will automatically attempt to resolve it and notify you via the app, showing the exact jam location. If the jam persists, the system will enter protection mode: the red status light will turn on, the button indicator will flash, and the app will remind you to clear the jam.
Note: Do not forcibly pull or twist the rake when a jam occurs.

The Litter rake cannot be removed

Phenomenon: When the rake cannot be removed, the app will display a "blockage" alert and the machine's red light will turn on.

  1. Disconnect the power, then reconnect it. Restart the device so that the rake teeth can reset to their initial position.
  2. Once the rake teeth have returned to the starting position, remove the rake.
Litter rake deformation

Clean the rake teeth regularly. Minor deformation can be corrected manually. For severe deformation, please purchase a replacement rake through official channels.

Anti-stick cloth on tray bottom worn or lifted

We recommend purchasing and replacing the anti-stick cloth through official channels.

Weighing malfunction

Disconnect the power and reconnect to restart the device.
Note: If the weight sensor is damaged, the device will no longer send toilet-use notifications or perform auto-cleaning. You can still press the [Clean] button on the device for manual cleaning.

Inaccurate weighing (caused by environment)
  1. Check if the floor is level and if all four feet of the base are on the same plane.
  2. Ensure the unit is placed on a hard surface and the feet are not resting on a litter mat.
  3. Do not place heavy objects on top of the machine.

If weighing remains inaccurate, disconnect the power and restart — the device will auto-calibrate.
