Yes. A single account can be bound to multiple devices.

How do I connect the device to the Wi-Fi?
In the app, tap "Bind Device." While the machine is in standby mode (stationary with a solid blue status light), press and hold the network configuration button for 3 seconds. When the status indicator blinks blue continuously, the device enters pairing mode. Follow the on-screen instructions on your phone to complete the process.

What should I do if the network configuration fails?
1. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is on the 2.4GHz bandand that the password is correct.
2. Verify that both your mobile phone and routerhave a stable internet connection.
3. Ensure the device, your phone, and the routerare in close proximity to each other.
4. Confirm that the device is in pairing mode(typically indicated by a blinking status light).
5. Verify that the device is an internationally sold versionof the smart litter box compatible with your region.
6. Ensure the device is not currentlyin the middle of a cleaning, leveling, litter replacement, or firmware update cycle. -
How does the machine clean after the cat uses it?
Manual Mode:
Press the [Clean] button on the base of the litter box. Tap the [Clean] button within the app.
Automatic Mode:
Auto-clean via App:Set the auto-clean function in the app (the machine will automatically clean a specified time after the cat leaves). Scheduled Cleaning via App:Set a fixed cleaning schedule in the app (the machine will automatically clean at the preset time). -
How to add cat litter?
Pour the cat litter through the entrance. After pouring, the machine will detect the weight change and the status indicator will light up green. Press the [Leveling] button. Once the leveling function is completed, the machine will enter normal standby mode.

How to set up automatic cleaning when a cat has soft stool?
When a cat has soft stool, it may indicate an abnormal health condition. Therefore:
1. First, confirm the cat's health status and clean the litter box promptly to ensure the compartment is hygienic, preventing the spread of viruses.
2. Adjust the automatic cleaning delay time. It is recommended to set it to longer than 15 minutes, allowing the litter to fully clump before cleaning. -
Why does the machine pause during operation, with the status indicator turning red and the cleaning light flashing?
Please check whether the [Clean] button on the device or the [Clean] button in the app was pressed. If so, press the device's [Clean] button or tap the [Clean] button in the app again, and the cleaning task will resume.
