FAQs
-
How is my cat’s safety ensured?
Zero risk of pinching cats:
1. The open design allows cats to enter and exit freely, eliminating the risk of pinching at the source.
2. Weight-sensing intelligent safety protection: Constantly monitors environmental changes to protect your cat at all times. -
Which cats is it suitable for?
1. The low, wide entrance is friendly for elderly cats, overweight cats, short-legged cats, and cats with limited mobility. No step is needed for easy access.
2. For cats under 6 months old, weighing less than 3.3 lbs/1.5 kg, or with limited mobility, please set the device to manual mode. -
Will litter scatter outside?
Cats may carry a small amount of litter on their paws after use. We recommend:
1. Using a custom anti-scatter cover.
2. Placing a litter mat at the entrance (please do not place the machine directly on the mat).
-
How often should I change cat litter?
Based on the scale lines inside the litter bin, it is recommended to replace the litter every 2–3 weeks for a single cat. You can also set up a usage-count reminder in the APP.
-
Why can’t I pair the device right after powering on?
After powering on, the device resets first (status light flashes green).
Once reset is complete, the status light will turn solid blue.
At this point, you can proceed with Wi-Fi pairing. -
How do I add cat litter?
1. Make sure the machine is in standby mode (initial position).
2. Pour cat litter into the litter tray, not exceeding the MAX line.
3. Use a scoop to level the litter if needed.
4. After adding litter, the weight sensor will trigger a green light. Press the [Flatten] button, and after leveling is done, the device will return to standby.
-
What should I do if the litter rake gets jammed?
During operation, the litter rake may move back and forth several times — this is normal. If a jam occurs during cleaning or leveling, the system will automatically attempt to resolve it and notify you via the app, showing the exact jam location. If the jam persists, the system will enter protection mode: the red status light will turn on, the button indicator will flash, and the app will remind you to clear the jam.
Note: Do not forcibly pull or twist the rake when a jam occurs. -
Why can’t I remove the litter rake, and how can I fix it?
When the rake cannot be removed, the app will display a "blockage" alert and the machine's red light will turn on.
1. Disconnect the power, then reconnect it. Restart the device so that the rake teeth can reset to their initial position.
2. Once the rake teeth have returned to the starting position, remove the rake. -
What should I do if the litter rake is deformed?
Clean the rake teeth regularly. Minor deformation can be corrected manually. For severe deformation, please purchase a replacement rake through official channels.
