All UBPet orders are shipped to the contiguous United States and the European Union (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other outlying territories).

Shipping Accuracy & Restrictions

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address isΒ 100% accurate. UBPet is not liable for:
1. Missing/delayed packages
2. Shipping damage
3. Any losses resulting from incorrect address information

Address Restrictions
We cannot deliver to:
1. P.O. Boxes
2. Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Damaged Shipments

Immediate Action Required
If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Save all original packagingΒ and damaged itemsβ€”these are required for carrier claims
